Sourwood Honey with Comb

When we harvest and extract our sourwood honey, we set aside selected pieces of honey-filled comb and pack them in jars together with our extracted sourwood honey. The result is a special product that combines smooth sourwood honey with pieces of natural beeswax comb.

Both the honey and the comb are entirely edible. Enjoy it straight by the spoonful, spread over warm biscuits or toast, or served alongside cheese, crackers, fruit, and nuts.

Because only select pieces of suitable comb can be used, our Sourwood Honey with Comb is made in limited quantities each season.
