Our cotton honey is produced from the blossoms of cotton fields across eastern North Carolina. The flowers open white and gradually turn pink as they mature. The honey is light in color, with a smooth texture and a mild, blended flavor.

Its gentle flavor makes it an approachable everyday honey for sweetening foods and drinks.

This honey tends to crystallize more quickly than many of our other varieties, often developing a firm, grainy texture similar to fine sugar. That's a completely natural process and doesn't affect the honey's quality—simply warm the container in warm water to bring it back to a liquid state.
