Bee Pollen
Available now
Bee pollen is flower pollen gathered by honey bees and packed into small pellets with a little nectar and moisture. Depending on what's blooming, it may come from one plant species or several. In the hive, pollen is an important source of protein, lipids, and other nutrients—young nurse bees eat it to produce food for developing brood.
Our bee pollen is collected fresh from our own North Carolina hives. You can find it at Whole Foods in Chapel Hill and Cary, or buy it directly from our Mebane or Jamesville locations.
