Wildflower Honey (Piedmont Blend)

Jar of Lee's Bees wildflower honey White blackberry blossoms, one of the spring nectar sources

Available now

Lee's Bees wildflower honey is produced from nectar gathered from a changing mix of flowering trees and plants in North Carolina's Piedmont and Inner Coastal Plain, including Martin County. Depending on the location, season, and weather, the floral mix may include tulip poplar, black locust, holly, blackberry, and clover. Because no single floral source dominates, its color and flavor naturally vary from one harvest to another. It is generally amber, with a rich, balanced honey flavor shaped by the blooms available that season.
